Delivery & Returns

Delivery

All products are shipped discreetly in a brown box with absolutely no indication as to the contents.

Goods that are in stock are dispatched within 24 hours. If for any reason we are out of stock, we would expect to dispatch the goods in about 12 days but realistically this is much quicker. If there is a manufacturing delay with any products you will be notified by email as soon as we are aware.


UK
We use Royal Mail, Parcel Force courier and Royal Mail Airsure Recorded Delivery.  Delivery takes 3-5 working days.

Royal Mail: If you are not in when your parcel arrives they will keep the package at their local depot for 7 days enabling you to pick it up. After 7 days the parcel then returns to us.

Parcel Force: If you are not in when your parcel arrives they will keep the package at their local depot for 5 days enabling you to pick it up. After 5 days the parcel then returns to us and additional fees will be charged to your account for the return service. See below for charges.

Southern Ireland
Goods are dispatched by Royal Mail Airsure Recorded delivery if the parcel weighs less than 2kg. Over 2kg then goods are sent via Business Post International and International shipping rates apply.

Europe
Goods are dispatched by Royal Mail Airsure Recorded delivery if the parcel weighs less than 2kg. Over this weight then goods are sent via Business Post International.

BFPO (British Forces Post Office)
Goods are dispatched by Royal Mail Recorded delivery.

Note: You may receive an order going to a BFPO address. The address may contain an overseas country. This does not matter. All BFPO parcels are delivered to a central office in London and then distributed overseas by the Army. When dispatching these orders please select BFPO from the drop down country list.

Heavy item Delivery Charge Premium
We have a handful of items that are low cost stock items but are very heavy so must be sent courier which may incur an additional premium.  You will be notified by email to advise you that this fee will be added to the order.

Remote Location Delivery Charges
It has recently come to our attention that certain areas in the UK cost us a premium to reach by courier. Remote locations in Scotland tend to be the frequent ones. If your parcel requires this additional shipping charge we will advise you.

USA International, Europe and Southern Ireland Delivery charges. If your parcel requires additional shipping charge, we will advise you.

Back Orders and Split Deliveries:-
If there has been a manufacturing delay or something has been out of stock on your order for 12 days then we are happy to split or back order part of the waiting order. Please note: We will not do this on an order unless the item has been waiting more than 12 days.

Re-delivery Charges
Occasionally, customers fail to pick up their order from the local depot once the initial delivery attempt has been made if they were out. After a week the parcel is shipped back to us. Unfortunately the redelivery charge to dispatch the goods back out is not subsidised and will charged at the original order’s price.


What happens if something goes wrong?

We have a dedicated team looking after your interests and if there are any issues with your parcel we will work to overcome the problem and obtain a delivery for you.

Returns and Refunds

We at Adultfun2u.com want you to be pleased with your purchase, that's why we have a no fuss returns policy.
If for any reason you are not completely happy, you may exchange unused and unopened products within 14 days for alternative items or a refund.
For reasons of hygiene please do not open or use items that you wish to send back as we regret that we cannot exchange fault-free items once the packaging has been opened.

Due to the obvious health and hygiene implications with adult goods, for the goods to be returned if they are not broken the following terms have to be met.

1. The goods must be unused.

2. The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.

3. Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non refundable and non exchangeable.

4. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.

5. The goods must be received back within 14 days from the day your customer received their order.

6. Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable.

7. Videos and magazines are non refundable and non exchangeable.


If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods.

Cancellations
You have the right to cancel the order at any time up to 14 days starting the day after delivery. No questions asked.
Please return the goods, unopened and unused to qualify for a full refund.


Defective Items.
When an item is operated by batteries we recommend that you check using a different set of batteries and check that they are fitted correctly and positioned to connect with electrical points before returning such items.

If the product is defective, please explain the fault in a covering letter and return it with its original box with all manuals and accessories for a full refund or replacement within 14 days.

Goods can be exchanged or refunded up to 14 days of any defect. After 14 days an exchange will only be available.
All returned products are tested and will be sent back to you at your expense if they are found to be working.
Please clean the items before returning.

Clothing
Health and Hygiene restricts what we can and cannot do in respect to returning intimate items of Lingerie.

What we can say is that if you try any clothing on and it’s not quite right or it’s not what you expected please return the item in the condition you received it and we will refund or exchange the item for you.

If an item is returned and found to have been overly handled and not in the pristine condition we sent it in then health and hygiene restricts us offering an exchange or refund and the item will be returned to you at your expense.

Personal items such as items with a crotch area cannot be exchanged or refunded.

DVD's and Magazines
We cannot accept returns of DVDs or Magazines. Videos and magazines are non refundable and non exchangeable.

Time Scales
Any refunds or exchanges are dealt with on the day of their return - Guaranteed

Returning an Item
No exchanges can be given until the goods are returned.

We advise you to send goods using recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for any loss of your parcel on the way back to us.

If you are returning an item because it is defective, or because of a mistake on our part, please contact us at info@adultfun2u.com for an alternative returns address.
